Green Earth will educate consumers about
the effects of climate change, but more importantly will inspire people
to change the way they thINK
by educating them about the many small ways that they can make a big
impact on reducing the effects of global warming. We want to keep
customers up to date with the latest information on green initiatives
and developments with quality programs and ongoing environmental initiatives.

Green Earth initiatives will be a new
revenue stream for franchisees and
are Island Ink-Jet's new proprietary and demonstrated commitment to
"Changing the Way People thINK".
One part internal and consumer education, one part commitment to action,
and one part example setting.
New
VFM 3200 Vacuum Fill Machine
New
in 2007 is the VFM 3200 Vacuum Fill Machine
which supports a vacuum draining and refilling method. The introduction
of this new machine will change the way we do business, by allowing
us to implement a cartridge swap program with recycled cartridges that
will not compromise quality. This means greater convenience for the
customer and the ability to approach the business market with a model
that is both time and cost effective. By reducing the cartridge failure
rate we can dramatically improves customer retention and satisfaction.
New to our model in 2007 is the Business
Management System, a new point of sale tool that expedites
refill/service transactions, captures customer data, (email, name, phone
numbers) tracks inventory sales, and refund rates. This system provides
information about what's being refilled, sold, returned and when, in
REAL time. This speeds up transaction time and also allows you to order
toners online. This will be a one stop solution for managing all of
your business data so that you can make informed decisions.
Improved
Support
Technical, Marketing, and Administrative Support are a priority. We've
implemented a ticket-based communication
tool that lets you access the most current information
on cartridge refilling as well as Discussion Forums and Resource Libraries.
Using the new Technicians Help Desk,
as well as the new Franchise Resource
Centre, your inquiries are answered quickly.The ticket
tracking feature ensures accountabiltiy and timely support. We have
implemented a special C.A.R.E. Team,Communications, Accountability,
Responsibility & Education, that will send you a monthly newsletter
to provide a monthly update on the most recent company and industry
developments.
